Volunteers Harvesting Red Peanuts
During the second planting season of 2019 we made our first attempt at planting groundnuts. Four months later we were excited to harvest two and a half 100 pound bags of peanuts from a half acre of garden. What a kick-off! Thanks to our volunteers who do all this by hand.
